There is no better expert on yourself than you, but everyone struggles at times to thrive and live as their best self. That’s where I come in. I help people navigate both personal and professional challenges, as well as finding unique paths to a meaningful life. I can help you, too.

Therapy has the power to transform lives—I’ve seen this happen for my clients and I’ve experienced it myself. Therapy helped me to overcome and manage difficulties in my own life, inspiring me to help others, first as an educator, and now as a psychotherapist. When we work together, my main goal is to create a space where you feel empowered to be your most authentic self, free of judgment. Whoever you are and wherever you’re coming from, your problems matter and you deserve a place to be fully heard and seen.

Change takes time, but therapy doesn’t have to be a life sentence. We will work together to create a therapy plan that addresses your needs, on a clear timeline. My style is eclectic and draws on my training in psychodynamics, CBT, mindfulness, coaching, and brief solution-focused therapy. With a focus on compassionate problem-solving and deepening self-awareness, you can move toward a life that serves you best.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. I provide trauma-informed and LGBTQ+ affirming support to college students, adults, and couples for a variety of issues, most commonly anxiety, depression, stress management, self-esteem, career counseling, financial stress, and relationship issues. Additionally, I draw on my experience as a former elite athlete and my industry experience in higher education to support athletes, scholars, and recent graduates to navigate career and life transitions, overcome problems, and achieve their goals.

It is a privilege to do this type of work. I am honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
